Over the past 20 years, I’ve held roles with a major ERP publisher (Sage), a Top Sage North America VAR (Alliance Solutions Group), and two successful multi-channel ERP ISVs (Avalara and Website Pipeline).

My roles have ranged from Business Development, Account Management, Marketing, and Channel Growth/Management.

Having spoken to hundreds of ERP-focused businesses in that time, I’m familiar with the struggles these organizations face with respect to sales and marketing. I’ve heard many success stories and seen many failures.

I’ve also been co-hosting a podcast called Enterprise Software Podcast since early 2015, which has afforded me the opportunity to promote my company and personal brand while meeting and learning from people in all areas of the mid-market ERP space.

I’ve been told I have a pretty good knack for networking, but I’m also a hands-on, detail-oriented person with a great work ethic.

In early 2017, I had several different ERP-industry friends approach me who wanted to find a place for me on their team, but they feared adding a full time resource with my skill set might not be in their budget. I realized this is not an uncommon scenario, and there are many small and mid-sized ERP VARs and ISVs who are in the same boat.

So with the support of my amazing husband (the silent partner in DAB Partners) and the encouragement of my network of industry friends, I decided to leave my job at Website Pipeline (CIMcloud) at the end of May, 2017 and form DAB Partners.
